Average temperature in 24h

Some time ago, ogimet.com introduced data on the average temperature over 24 hours. Currently, CMX counts the average from 00:00 to 24:00. Is there a chance and sense of introducing a moving average temperature for the last 24 hours, so that it can be compared, for example, with the nearest state meteorological station?

yes, this tag could work in a similar way to <#r24hour>. He would by only calculate the average, not the sum.

But, I don't know if anyone would want it except me.
