I am now up and running. Though their welcome email put me off as every link to help pages was broken and ending with a 404. I raised a ticket and pointed that out. But bad form really.
Had a box to say I was recommended but didn’t see a space for a name Ray. Happy to oblige if you can point the way.

Without NOAA reports it’s impossible for others to see the max and min for that day. But there’s a good editor in Cumulus so it should be possible for you to identify and fix that entry.
