Random drop out with cmx shouting down

Hey I don't know weather my Internet is paying up or it cmx playing are but I keep haveing to restart cmx ever so often and I look in the log file and there loads off ftp reconnecting errors ?

Switch on FTP logging and post the MXDiags files.

Are you using SFTP, FTPS, old FTP or upload.php?

ok i was going to switch to upload.php to see if that help as i was using ftp but ive set up the upload.php with the key

but im seeing loads more errors in the logs now

You have not read the upload.php documentation https://www.cumuluswiki.org/a/PHP_Uploads. Destination files no longer need a path in the destination filename as it is assumed the files are uploaded to the same directory you have put upload.php in. So in most cases the destination filename will just be the filename.

Have you uploaded upload.php AFTER amending the secret signature in the upload file to the generated one?

yea i have put the secret key in and ive put this as my

Not sure what you are telling me, is there still a problem? If there is have you changed the destination filenames in the Extra Web Files to exclude the paths as per https://www.cumuluswiki.org/a/PHP_Uploads ?

The upload path looks wrong to me:

public_html/cumuluswebtagsRealtime.php

should probably be:

cumuluswebtagsRealtime.php

i get this some time only random and i have to delete the back up before cmx starts

Ah - probably a permissions error?
But I'll fix the endless loop.

I have checked the permissions and they all seem fine but it's when I have to delete the folder and restarts cmx and it's fine like I said it's every so often?
