Cumulus Support

I am new to the forum, if this post is in the wrong place please say and I will repost as advised.
I upgraded from Cumulus 1 to MX yesterday and I am having a problem with the default website. Everything is working correctly except for the charts which are completely blank. Screen shot attached.
Charts are working on the local "dashboard".
A number of .js files update on the hosting provider’s system.
I am puzzled and any pointers would be appreciated

your json files seem to be missing.

inspect the page in chrome shows:
goto internet settings, Graph File Settings, enable them to be uploaded
