Hi Hans,
Also updated and looks good, as usual.
As I was checking each of the menu items I also checked Misc System Info and noticed that for my CMX/CUtils install with WifiLogger/Vue console http://www.komokaweather.com/cumulusmx/index.html# it seems to show all ok:

Code: Select all

Cumulus version: 3.25.2 (build: 3245)
Cumulus uptime: 0 days 0 hours
Weather station: Davis Vantage Pro2

Total number of data packets received: 12485
Number of missed data packets: 84
Number of times the console resynchronised with the transmitter: 0
Longest streak of consecutive packets received: 477
Number of packets received with CRC errors: 6
The console firmware version: 4.30
The console battery condition in volts: 4.68 V
The transmitter battery condition: 1-ok 2-ok 3-ok 4-ok 5-ok 6-ok 7-ok 8-ok

Then checking my CMX/CUtils w/ WLL install all looks good as well other than I noticed some of the System Info seems to be for the WiFi install - http://www.komokaweather.com/cumulusmxwll/index.html.

Code: Select all

Cumulus version: 3.25.2 (build: 3245)
Cumulus uptime: 0 days 0 hours
Weather station: Davis WLL

The WLL firmware version: 4.30
The WLL battery condition in volts: 4.68 V
WLL WifiRssi: 0

WLL Stats for channel 1:
  WLL DavisReceptionPercent: 0
  WLL TxRssi: 0
Number of missed data packets: 0
Number of times the console resynchronised with the transmitter: 0
Longest streak of consecutive packets received: 0
Number of packets received with CRC errors: 0
  The transmitter battery condition: ok
You will note the WLL firmware version: 4.30 but that is for the WiFi/Vue console. No operational issue at all and just mentioning.
PC is the same for both.

Enjoy,
Paul

@Andy, @Paul: thanks for confirming.

@Paul: this most likely has to do with the port assignment. Some versions ago (6.18.3 see point 4) I moved the port definition CMXport to the section General (you can remove the CMXport in the section SysInfo). Make sure you set the CMXport to the correct value for your instance.

You also need to make sure you set the Tx parameter (SysInfo section) to the correct channel version(s) in a comma separated list.

Thanks Hans,
In cumulusutils.ini System was set CMXport=8999 which is ok for the CMX WLL, but General CMXport was at 8998 (this port used by the Vue console/WiFiLogger) so changed that and on a new run the System Info is now ok.

I remember noting that in the release notes, and remember when the running port number was changed to allow for other than the fixed 8998 way back, but failed to understand the significance of the change in section as noted in the v6.18.3 release notes.

Enjoy,
Paul
