From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).
That firewall block should have come to my mind also, but the log events about one connected client were misleading.
I think that several entries in allowed programs list do have something to do with different versions of Cumulus, and maybe also if you have run it from different folders when trying to solve issues.

Just catching up on this, and you have solved it!
It was a long road indeed.
For future reference you could explain a bit what/why there were the misleading log messages about one connected client and api requests when the firewall was blocking the traffic anyway?
Back to this....... My system decided to update while CMX was running and after that it's once again updating when I open the program but not updating while running. Is this a glitch in the program that it can't be shut down while running unless using the Control C?
I'm going back reading our posts, seems like the firewall was blocking it but even after allowing the station is not updating still while running
I wish I can turn off Windows 11 update for good.

No data coming in, looks like your firewall again. Have you changed the folder name MX is in possibly?
Hi. No didn't change that. It all started after Windows shut down 3 times during active hours while CMX was open. I'll play around with it more. I have some backup folders but from February. I'll probably just have it load from there.
