Hello,
If it's embarrassing to continue this post, don't hesitate to say so or move it.
I have a new problem with Cumulus.
I haven't had much time to look after my weather server recently and I've noticed that there have been a few glitches with my GW2000. CumulusMX has recorded some humidity values at 1% and I can't seem to remove these values from utils.
On cumlus I modified my records manually, I also went into the database with phpmyadmin to delete the lines but how can I delete the values correctly on utils?
(I'm sure that the 1% problem isn't with the sensor but with the GW2000 because my other two consoles (GW1000 and a display) didn't register these errors. I moved the GW2000 because I noticed it was a bit too far away from some of the sensors.
)

Second problem: my extra sensors are displayed very strangely whereas the graphs are correct..

Thanks in advance,

Benjamin

Dashboard > Data Logs > Monthly Logs and edit the lines using Search to find them.

I've also done this procedure but I can't find the incorrect values.
For 12/08 22h33 example

Hi Benjamin,
  1. Concerning the Extra Values list: could you post a screenshot of the Extra Webfiles setting(s) in CMX, notably the extrasensorsrealtime.txt entry?
  2. The minimum Humidity values do not come from the Monthly Logs but they come from the dayfile. So I assume something is (or was) wrong with your sensor and you had minimum values of 1% those days. You will have to correct the dayfile (and correct the source of the problem i.e. the sensor or the battery or whatever).

Hello, thanks for the answer
In fact, the file contains the same information as what utils displays:
Capture.JPG

As for the daily fileAs for the daily file, I've found something to modify.
I just restarted my GW2000 and I realize that after restarting it displays a value of 1% a few seconds, I guess the bug comes from there!

EDIT : I've also just noticed that Cumulusmx doesn't display my extra sensors! I don't understand, because everything is set up properly and I haven't touched anything for a long time!
Strange because the graph on Cumulus shows that the extra sensors are well registered.

I asked for the Settings=>Extra Webfiles! Please make a screenshot of that. It tells me what you process and at which frequency and to what destination!

Yes, I think so. But then the question is: why does it display the 1% for a shot time?
Did you configure your device correctly?
Did you change anything recently?

NOTE: there is in general no relation between what CumulusMX displays and what CUtils displays. CUtils is a tool which takes the raw data from CMX and creates its own charts and displays and some settings but ot all. OK... I should make a wiki page on what it does use.

And indeed CMX does log the Extra Sensors correctly because CUtils is able to display them.
If CMX does not display the Extra Sensors, did you set the Settings=>Display Options=>Data Visibility correct for the extra sensors you have?

Thanks for the reply!
For the extra sensors on CumulusMX indeed everything was on hidden I had not seen this novelty in the last updates.

Here is the requested capture:
Capture.JPG
Finally for the GW2000 no I didn't change anything, maybe it was fixed with the firmware update released recently I just did it.

OK... so I wait until you confirm this as fixed.

you need to make an entry for extrasensorsrealtime.txt similar to the one below:
    Schermafbeelding 2023-10-30 135724.png
The destination specification for you must be according to your server, similar to realtimegauges.txt I assume

OK, let's see where we stand when you made the above changes. I can't think of anything now that would register a 1% humidity at startup of CMX.
    Anybody else maybe?

An MXdiags file with debug and data logging enabled over the startup may help.

I misspoke, it's when I turn on the GW2000 that it temporarily displays 1%, it's not cumulusMX, so I can't do anything about it except hope that this problem has been fixed.

For the records, everything's corrected, thank you!

I've just added the new line but it still doesn't work. You can see that the file has been updated because the entries are flashing green but it's still not the values that appear.

OK, we'll leave it for now. Maybe Mark can detect an init of the device and ignore the first values?

I checked the file on the website and it simply is not processed (there are webtag texts i.s.o. the actual values).
I think there is something wrong in the chain of the fileprocessing to transfer. The processing and transfer is in CMX. You will have to check that again.

If you can't find it, please switch on DEBUG in CMX and wait a few minutes, then post the CMX logfile.
When you do, then post the settings=>Extra Webfiles again too.

In addition: you apparently copy your files and you don't used FTP or PHP upload. Is that correct? Are you sure the other files transfer correctly?

    Hello,
No, I use an ftp protocol.
The files are sent, but I've noticed that every other time, cumulusmx seems to send me my files with the tags instead of the values ...
