hey ive been have to restart my pi every day
It just lock up and dont stop cmx when i run sudo systemctl stop cumulusmx and there load off error in log getting loads off error IE uploads one not sure it my end been like this for few days

Interesting, it is the FTP logger that appears to have "disappeared" of its own accord.
I think someone else had this issue as well at one point.
I'll try adding a fix for this.
EDIT: The cause of that error was obvious, but I would not have thought it should cause MX to become unresponsive, but who knows.

Oh OK mark good too know is it only on the latest update as I can rool it back well I've noticed since I updated cmx?

If you disable FTP logging those errors will stop.

ok them errors seem to be gone but getting lotes off
but ive got a vp2 with a another cmx running and looking in the logs not getting them ?

It looks like your WLL has lost sync with the iss. As the vp2 is still receiving them it's probably not an iss issue.
The weatherlink app should be showing the same for the WLL?
