Cumulux MX Davis VP2 live realtime download from Extra sensors

HI All

I'm wondering if it's possible to get "Live" values off the DavisVP2+ when logging with CumuluxMX. Specifically i'm after the leaf wetness sensor in my extra sensors file. I only log every 5 min so that if cumulus crashes i don't loose data too quickly (1 min log interval means i only have 1.5 days of memory.....).

I see there is an option to create a Realtime.txt (https://www.cumuluswiki.org/a/Realtime.txt#MX_web_tags) but on first glance this is only for the more regular weather metrics, such as those listed in the "MX web tags" section of that link. Is it possible to grab "Leaf wetness1" from the ExtraLogYYYYMM.txt file at a 1 min interval? Even though i log at 5 min?

You could create a "realtimeExtra.txt" and put the extra sensor webtags in to it, get CMX to process it, and upload it at the realtime interval. You can do that via Extra web files" in the settings.

I do a similar thing, but I use a custom .xml file.
