South Jordan Weather MXDiags b3244 Attached

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

South Jordan Weather MXDiags b3244 Attached

Post by jwpetrov »

Hello all:

I've been running b3244 since 17 May and it's working very well for me. So far, no "error" messages showing up on the CumulusMX runtime dialog.

I'm attaching my recent MXDiags file just so it can be reviewed for anything of interest. I'm using the HTTP upload and the only issue I've seen is that the Inner Exception regarding the connection being closed by the server. I'm not suggesting this is a problem, but thought I'd pass it along. Everything seems to be uploading and working so far.

Thanks for all the work that has produced this latest build.

Those timeout errors can be expected from time to time. They become problematic if they do not clear. A lot of web servers "clean up" their connections periodically, even if they have been recently used.

I could suppress those errors, but the issue is you need to see them when there is a real issue.

Mark:

Thanks for the reply and the further explanation. I didn't expect these to be problematic. However, it's good to know we can see them if they don't clear.
