NOAA Monthly and Year Report not available for all years

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

NOAA Monthly and Year Report not available for all years

I am running Cumulus MX 3.25.1 b3244 but the same behavior was experienced on previous version.
NOAA Monthly and Year Reports not available for all years, I have data that goes back to 2017 but only 2022 and 2023 are available in the drop down for Select year. Any thoughts on what populates the Select year drop down list. I did migrate from the legacy version earlier this year and the charts and data logs have all data available back to 2017. Thanks in advance for any assistance on this.

It is controlled by the "Records began" date in the station settings.
