Other with using PHP uploads took 0:49 minutes for the website run (same data from October 2008)

Just finished updating to v6.18.2 and all went well as usual. I have 2 CMX installs with v3.25.0.3241 and CUtils now v6.18.2
One with still using FTP uploads took 2:15 minutes for a website run (data from October 2008).
Other with using PHP uploads took 0:49 minutes for the website run (same data from October 2008)

Thanks Paul, although you don't use an RPi please also keep an eye on strange anomalies.
This release revolves around a strange issue where suddenly things did not work anymore while there were no reports from other users. It coincides with me changing my development PC including a fresh install of Visual Studio. I did not find a cause.
