I have a Aercus weather station WS1093 and have installed cumulus software version 1.9.4 on new W11 pc.
However when connecting my weather station data is not being fully downloded. The only data downloaded is for today, but nothing prior to this date.
Any suggestions as to what might be preventing a full download?

The normal first-time install of Cumulus will only start collection data moving forward from the point/time of install. Do you have Cumulus data from before this install?

Yes there is data before the install date. I can hopefully download to a 'retired' pc.
