Data logger

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

I think MX asks the logger for all data available since MX last retrieved data - so not necessarily the whole of the logger contents, just that data it is missing.

Correct. Though there are minor foibles of some stations that are taken into account to tweak the time (I'm thinking of you Ecowitt!).

When CMX started, at 14:01 it requested all the logger entries from 13:50.

However, for some reason the logger only contained records up to 13:40.

It is a feature of the Davis logger that if it cannot find the logger record requested, it sends the whole contents of the logger.

The question is: Why did your logger not contain records for 13:50, 13:55, and 14:00 when the time was 14:01

The log shows the console clock is only 1.3 seconds different from the CMX clock.
