I've noticed on the air link trends graph the pm2.5 and pm 10 are the same colours. Anyway to change one of them so it's easier too see.

For me both links show the same chart with the same colours (two different colours).
If you use the most recent version of CMX, you can set the line colour options in the menu Display Options=>Charts=>Data Series Colours.

Fixed it after going through the old and new cumuluschart.js and spotting an extra line under the section for air quality. Removing it got the different colours back.
The culprit was the line color: config.series[idx].colour,

Removing lines in the standard code is not really the right way, better report a bug than

it wasn't a but though I just didn't know you could change colours elsewhere.
Is there a way to change the legend text so like sensor one can be sun temp it takes the name from the generated json file as far as I can tell.

As far as I know you can't.
There are tools around which can though but that's a whole different setup.
