Upgrade Request - Station Data Log Interval

Hi Steve
Any chance of adding extra time scales for station data log. You suggest setting Cumulus to match the station. My La Crosse 2350 only records 175 sets so set at 1 hour intervals for download once a week. When on holiday will set La Crosse to 2-3 hrs.

Newbie to all this stuff so not looking for ultra reqular updates all the time and away from home on occassions. Only ask as you have suggested matching Cumulus to Station.

Found some irregular data but at least able to edit to correct. Probably caused when i started Cumulus on 4th Jan 2010 using serial to usb connection. Now only use serial

It's not essential that you have Cumulus set to the same interval, it just makes the logs sensible (and used to prevent a problem with the Davis stations). And actually, I think you may have problems (with Cumulus) if you use a station interval of an hour or more (I'm surprised that it allows a setting of more than an hour). The 'rollover' detection may not work correctly; but I'll have to check the code.

I've looked at the code and the 'rollover' mechanism definitely won't work with a station logger interval of more than an hour, sorry.
