In Cumulus V1.8.8 data send to the APRS network don't take in account the pressure offset put in Configuration/Calibration Pressure offset. this offset is correctly add to the local display panel and to data send to the web, so web data and data pressure send to the APRS are different.
That was working fine in the Cumulus V1.8.7.

Ah, yes. This is because I've corrected Cumulus to send altimeter pressure to CWOP/APRS as that's what it requires, rather than MSLP. But I haven't included the calibration value in the calculation. I should probably fix that.
Why are you using the calibration setting anyway, rather than setting it in your station? What type of station do you have, it's not in your profile?

Steve,
I am using an Oregon WMR 928 and by defaut at power on the pressure need the offset for sea level compensation (22 in cumulus).
This can be programmed on the station itself but in case of cut of main failure the WMR 928 will be re started in wrong mode and bad data pressure will be send on the web site (Cumulus is programmed on the PC to be automatiq.uely restarted after main failure).
For now and until this could be corrected I will use this mode (I am unable to find the Cumulus V1.8.7)
Thanks for all
Bernard

Right, understood. I'll upload a fixed version shortly.

Actually, I don't understand this. Cumulus works out the altimeter pressure to send to CWOP from the actual pressure at your station, modified using your altitude. You're using the Cumulus calibration to correct to sea-level, and so if I add the calibration value to the altimeter pressure calculation, then it will effectively be corrected to sea level twice, which is wrong. Cumulus should get the correct altimeter pressure just using your station pressure and your altitude.

Steve,
At the present time (V1.8.8) CUMULUS is able to send either the actual pressure or the SLP to the local display panel and to web sites, SLP can be selected by either choosing Sea Level option on the WMR 928 or by adding offset in CUMULUS calibration, these two ways are working fine.
On the other hand CUMULUS is ALWAYS sending actual pressure to the APRS network and it is impossible as well by selecting Sea level on the WMR 928 or by adding an Offset in CUMULUS calibration, it's always actual pression with any correction (including Altitude) which is send to the APRS.
Knowing that the World wide APRS network use the Sea Level Pressure or at least the Altimeter Pressure, perhaps I miss some thing ?

Have you set your altitude correctly in Cumulus?

It's ok now,

the pressure send to the APRS network is well the actual (local) pressure modify by the altitude of the station put in the Configuration Station Menu, something was wrong I think in the initial set up of the WMR 928

Thank for all
