While reasearching something else I found the following concerning the OpenWeatherMap third party upload. I switched it off.

2023-03-19 04:00:00.403 OpenWeatherMap: URL = http://api.openweathermap.org/data/3.0/measurements?appid=<key>
2023-03-19 04:00:00.845 OpenWeatherMap: Response code = OK - NoContent

This can't be correct.

Believe it or it, it is correct! Openweathermap returns a 204 status (No content) on a successful upload.
