""The status of the website tells you whether it is receiving realtime.txt and realtimegauges.txt.
In your case: apparently not.

You will have to activate those in CMX and they will be sent to the FTP destination of CMX.""

I still dont get the Gauges running
For the NOAA I need to find some DATA for Bavaria in the net
The gauges are activated when the realtimegauges.txt is received within certain time limits. There is a realtimegauges on your site but it has the time of 7u34 so that is too old. Apparently it is not correctly configured.

Settings=>Internet settings=>Interval Configuration=>Real time Interval Settings: tick the realtimegauges.txt for upload. Don't configure it through Extra Webfiles.

If that does not do it, please switch debug logging on and after 5 minutes switch that off and post the MXdiags most recent logfile.

Additional: try deleting realtimegauges.txt from the server and see what happens then.

Good morning,

I just noticed everything works now, the CMX restart apparently made the realtimegauges.txt being sent.

Now, the last step is to make it run 24/7 as apparently you do not have a logger which catches up when CMX starts up. You do this by running (using the scheduler) every 10 or 15 minutes (your FTP interval) the command:

Code: Select all

user\bin\cumulusutils.exe SysInfo UserAskedData
Not having a logger means that when the machine if off, no data is gathered and you will have large gaps in your data leaving the statistics without value (though realtime of course shows OK when on).

From my point of view the gauges are working now.

I noticed you have an interval (for the FTP) of one minute. That is very fast and will lead to issues sooner or later. It also uses high bandwidth. Better is to have an interval of at least 5 minutes, maybe 10.
