When the daily graph data files are copied, they are empty "{}"

v3.24.0 - Daily graph data files empty on copy

OK, hadn't noticed that because I did manual Upload/Copy now. Just saw it now after the rollover.
An interesting observation when doing that is that the RECENT charts get a full 7 days of data which you can view for one interval. At the next interval update the JSON's are pruned to the actual hours in a chart (GraphHours). The initial send should be max GraphHours long.
