strings.ini - how?

The release notes say:
- Strings.ini is now created and used by all instances, [...]
It took some time but I am failing to understand this (fully).

I assume every instance originates from a different CMX installation (it is not possible to start multiple instances on the same CMX executable). This means each instance has its own strings.ini file as it belongs to one (1) installation. So isn't the above stating the obvious or am I failing to understand some pluriform way of starting CMX?

No, you understand it correctly.

What I was trying to say is that strings.ini is now always created if not present (and samplestrings.ini is no more) for every installation of CMX. Before it was optional.
