Changing time format in 3.24.0 b3231

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Hi Mark,

I just updated to the latest build and everything appears fine except for the option to display time in 12/24 hour format. I check the box to enable 'Use 24hr time' in Program Settings > General Options and it tells me changes have been saved but when I go back into it the box is still unchecked. Had a look in the cumulus.ini file and can't even see an entry relating to this parameter.

Appreciate if you could have a look.

Ok, it is only half implemented - now it will use 12/24 hour depending on your locale setting. It looks like I had a senior moment and forgot to go back and implement the over-ride! :bash:
