I am helping a user with his CMX FTP issue as realtime.txt and realtimegauges are not being updated. One item I am not familiar with is the inner exception :

Code: Select all

2023-02-10 17:12:28.621 Realtime[0]: Creating realtime.txt

2023-02-10 17:12:29.130 FTP[0]: Error uploading web\realtimegauges.txt to public_html/cumulusmx/realtimegauges.txt : Error while uploading the file to the server. See InnerException for more info.
2023-02-10 17:12:29.130 FTP[0]: Inner Exception: Unknown command
I know there has been some discussion on this but nothing that I am familiar with.

The realtime-xT.txt extra web file not found is something being corrected.

Enjoy,
Paul

Paul,

If I remember well it will be solved when disabling EPSV ("Disable EPSV mode in FTP(S)" in advanced settings).
If that does not help I have no idea.

Hi Hans,
Just want to confirm that your memory was correct. Making that setting change and realtime and realtimegauges are being FTP.

Thanks,
Paul
