CMX Not reading from outdoor sensors

Overnight CMX has stopped receiving data for my outdoor Ecowitt Sensors - ie no wind/UV/temperature etc.

I have rebooted the GW1100 and rebooted CMX to no avail.

If I use the WS View Plus app all the data is present so its a CMX problem and not a weather station problem.

This is what the log is saying.

Any other changes like firmware updates?

Can you switch on data logging, then post the latest MXdiags file after letting it run for a while.

No recent updates to firmware as far as I am aware. It has the latest version.

Just to clarity - Wind is being received - it is outdoor temperature and humidity that is not being received

Logs as requested

It looks like the auto discovery is getting confused in finding the correct Ecowitt device and is advising you to manually set it up in the Station Configuration.

I would try that first and see if that solves the problem.

Sorry - my bad - (embarrassed+++) nothing to do with CMX whatsoever!!!! :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash:
It's so long since I set this station up I forgot the outdoor temperature and humidity is supplied by a WH32E.

The reason I thought WS View Plus was ok was because the sensor simply wasn't showing. (DOH)

When I went to check on the WH32, well see attached photo!!

Fortunately I had a spare and I am up and running again. Sorry everyone!!!!

But I did turn off auto discovery anyway as I have an Ecowitt Wittboy as well

I "thought" I had mounted in in a shelter location under eaves of my house - obviously not!!

The stuff on the front is (was) a double sided sticky pad to hold it in place
