Since updating Cumulus to version 3.23.1 (build: 3221), my System uptime and Cumulus uptime times are no longer updated. The time is only updated after calling the cumulusutils.exe website.
Was constantly updated before, right?

If you are talking about the System Info, you need to call

utils/bin/cumulusutils.exe SysInfo

on a regular basis.
The smart move is to combine some actions at the interval time you use, like:
