forecasting translation

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

forecasting translation

After updating from build 3063 to build 3072 and resolved everything, I updated to build 3089. I copied strings.ini with forecasting phrases in Portuguese but the the forecasting phrases are in English.

Did you restart Cumulus after copying across the strings.ini file? The file is only read when Cumulus starts to run.

Thank you. Indeed I had stopped and started Cumulus when I updated it and forecasting was in English. Now I restarted Cumulus and forecasting is translated.
