Extra Sensor Charts
I've enabled all of my extra sensor charts to display in recent charts.
All of them only show data up until 23:55 yesterday though.

Re: Extra Sensor Charts
Indeed. Is it the transition to the new year?

Re: Extra Sensor Charts
If I can, I will use this thread and describe my problem with release 3.23.0 (build 3220).
Well, in the Charts -> Select-a-chart tab, plotting additional sensors does not work. These sensors are visible in the series menu, but when selected, the field is empty and no graph is drawn
.
I use extra temperature and extra humidity (Ecowitt WH31 sensors). In the Charts -> Recent charts tab everything works, I have additional series and charts.
Edit:
Exactly, why do extra sensors draw with the data from the previous day, and not from the current one, like the basic parameters? They're signing up all the time. It's a bit weird. I hope this is a childhood disease of this project

Re: Extra Sensor Charts
I hadn't even realised they would be visible in selectachart, but it does make sense. As you have found though the JS has not been updated to make use of these series!

Re: Extra Sensor Charts
OK. To add one more thing: you promised the Extra Dewpoint but I don't see it.
Or did you mean the next release after this one? Not really an issue but if you rework this code anyway then...

Re: Extra Sensor Charts
Installed 3220. Have 2 Ecowitt WH31 sensors. They do not show in the graphs in the interface charts. They do show in the Extra Sensors as sensor 1 and sensor 2.How do I configure the charts to show their graphs?
Also in the Extra Sensor page to show the names I have allocated to the extra sensors and hide other names? i.e. Family Room. Have tried using strings.ini.
To upgrade I copied all the files from the update over the previous copy.

Re: Extra Sensor Charts
Goto Settings=>Station Settings=>Graphs=>Data Series Visibility and tick/activate the Extra Sensors you need.BrunswickWeather wrote: ↑Mon 02 Jan 2023 2:07 am How do I configure the charts to show their graphs?
(this was unclear to me as well. It is a kind of hidden feature so I guess it won't be the the last time it will be asked)

Re: Extra Sensor Charts
I checked the graphs last night, and data was showing up - right up to the current time.
Today however, it's gone weird.
I have my graphs set to show 48 hours. As of writing this, graph data shows from 11:30am December 31st and then stops at 23:55 on the 31st

Re: Extra Sensor Charts
It will start working again once your graph start date time falls in January.
This fixed in the next release but I'll wait and see if any more issues arise before releasing it. I'll include the extra dew point charts and get the extra sensors working in the select-a-chart too.

Re: Extra Sensor Charts
I have another question. I have 8xWH31, some sensors are placed in bedrooms or other rooms in the house. I'd like to see their charts on the computer, but not on the website. Is it or will it be possible to disable the series of charts that I do not want to send to the server? Now automatically all data visible on localhost are also visible on the website. I wish I had a choice.

Re: Extra Sensor Charts
Hmm, that would a lot of new options. Or mean changing all the existing ones from Booleans to tri or quad-state
At the moment the extra sensor chart data is not available on the web site, however the values are.
I can see the requirement though, one for the ToDo list...
