How to change from AM / PM to 24 hour clock?

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

How to change from AM / PM to 24 hour clock?

Post by Aerovision »

Hi, new CumulusMX user with an Aercus WS1093.

Up and running now on a RPi3, having imported my data from Cumulus1 (dating back to 2020).

Dashboard is using the 24H clock, but all records (Today/Yesterday, Records, etc) are in AM / PM. How do I change these to 24H clock please?

Also, Data Logs start and end dates seem to be in the USA format - MM/DD/YYYY. Again, how do I correct to DD/MM/YYYY please?

Thank you,
Ian

CMX like Cumulus 1 takes it's date formats from the operating system settings. Changing the formats means existing data files using the old format will be unreadable.

Thanks Mark,

The RPi3 was set for English US, not UK. Now corrected, rebooted, and all good.
