Hi folks,
I tried updating from 3.8.4 b3094 using incremental updates from b3094 to b3096 to b3141 to b3215, and all is well except for the fact that I can't get MX to download archive data any longer. I have log text files going back to 2020, so I'm assuming I'm not doing something right...at least that's what I hope. If you might have a suggestion to help get this straightened out I would appreciate it.
Merry Christmas,
Bobby

Re: No historic data available
Hi,
What type of logger?
Please zip and attach the latest MXdiags folder, from a CMX restart, in a reply post.
Enjoy,
Paul
Can you explain what you mean by that?except for the fact that I can't get MX to download archive data any longer. I have log text files going back to 2020, so I'm assuming I'm not doing something right...

Re: No historic data available
Hi Paul,
Thanks for the reply. By somehow or another, through quite a bit of fiddling, I was able to get it to work. The only problem I have now is that I've discovered my Vantage Vue is missing some random days data over the last 3 years. Not a lot, but enough to obviously cause problems with the record highs, lows and such. But it's not MX's fault...just never noticed it before, and it's not at all clear to me as to the reason why. This past January, for instance, has a gap between the 16th and the 25th. Just nothing there. Really puzzling.
Thanks again,
Take care.
