Firefox hangs sometimes accessing settings

Just fairly rarely my Firefox hangs after viewing the dashboard and then trying to access the settings. It is completely unresponsive and I have to kill it and load FF again. This has happened on all CMX releases I've used but no more than a couple of times a week. FF is running on Linux but this happens on both CMX running on Windows and CMX running on Linux, and no I dont have two CMXs running. Linux is Tumbleweed and FF is the latest version on TW.

Next time it does occur I will save the log file to see what if any errors are shown. I don't use any other browsers although I do have Chromium installed but rarely used so have not tried it on that.

Does anyone else see this happening?

Stuart

Strangely it just happened on the beta release so I captured the log file but it shows me nothing relevant it was trying to load programsettings.html and no there is no issue on the lan!

Try running Firefox in troubleshoot mode to see if the problem persists.

Trouble is that running FF like that is a real pain and not really practical to do this all the time. This happens as I say no more than once or twice a week. I will however try turning off any extension that I think might cause it (and I can survive without). I have no issues with any other website either in house or on the net that I visit. If that does not solve it I'll live with it.
