Cumulus Support

Hello all, I have a location I am monitoring using Cumulus MX 3.22.4 build 3215, built just last week on a Raspberry Pi using a freshly downloaded copy of the Cumulus Rpi image. This is being fed by an Ecowitt GW1100 which in turn has an outdoor WH32 temperature + humidity sensor reporting those two items. Data is flowing into Cumulus and all is working as expected with the exception of some of the charts. Of the ones I would expect to return data:

• Recent charts - temperature is blank
  Recent charts - daily temp returns data as expected
  Recent charts - pressure is blank
  Recent charts - humidity is blank

I cannot plot any data in Select-a-chart at all. Historic charts all work as you would expect. Where a chart appears blank, no axes are plotted although it does manage a Y label and a legend as per the attached image.

Interestingly if I try and query the charts API (I do a bit of statistical programming and was wondering if I could get the data programatically to plot in other tools) I find that tempdata, pressdata and humdata return no values, whereas dailytemp will return data. A second attachments shows the output of these if it's useful.

This is my first time using Cumulus so wonder if there is something I may have not set up correctly, but all the data I would expect to be flowing appears to be there. If anyone could offer any pointers I'd be really grateful.

Have you ticked all the graph json files to be uploaded Internet Settings > Interval Configuration > Graph Files Settings and Daily Graph Settings plus have you set the Station Settings > Graphs where the number of hours and days of data are set?

Thanks, yes this is all set correctly. I wasn't using an external website, rather just looking through the dashboard but decided to set one up and have now got this and all the Cumulus internet settings as they should be, and in the station settings everything appears correct as well.

When I check both the newly created website (https://www.dt3web.co.uk/weather/latest/index.htm) and the local Cumulus dashboard, both the plotted charts and the contents of the uploaded JSON files mirror what I described in my first post.

Can you zip up and post your MXdiags files please.

Sure, here they are.

In looking at the MXdiags logs I believe I have discovered the issue with this line, repeated once a minute:
I have now set NoSensorCheck to enabled in the Station Settings > Common Options screen which has stopped that message from being logged, and my charts are now being correctly plotted! Evidently the software expects to find a wind reading by default, which I can't provide very well in this location unfortunately.
