Hello,

I have a PWS from Instromet. For short it works fine. During the last weeks the humidity stay around 75%. Reading from an other humidity-meter gives other readings. I have take a look to all wires; oke. The dry and wet thermometer seems also oke.
I switch the datalogger from Instromet off and on. The raspberry pi also off and on.
No change in humidity. I take a look insight CumulusMX database and found the next problem:

2022-11-08 15:06:39.822 RDLV: Unexpected humidity format, found:
2022-11-08 15:06:40.323 Sending: RDLV
2022-11-08 15:06:40.337 Discarding input: RDLV
2022-11-08 15:06:40.838 Reading response from station, attempt 1
2022-11-08 15:06:40.839 Response from station: 'rdlv,13.4,13.0,,1011.1,2.9,191,214.21,330.60,139'

Till now I have found no solution in the forum. Can someone help?
What means RDLV?

Henk Blaauboer.

RDLV is the command to Read Live data from your station.

The humidity is returned in the third data field (after temp1 and temp2).

Your station is not returning any value at all...
13.4,13.0,,1011.1
13.4,13.0,<humidity should be here>,1011.1

I suggest you contact Instromet support.

Ordered and received a hygrometer from Instromet. The dry and wet thermometer were not well compatible with the instromet data logger. Unfortunately, the new hygrometer does not seem to work properly. For half a day, the hygrometer worked well. However, after that it only shows a value of 99.9% humidity. I will contact Instromet again

See my earlier post. Recently purchased a hygrometer for my pws from Instromet. The dashboard only shows 100% humidity. Nevertheless, the new hygrometer must send a good number, because the apparent temperature is displayed properly. This apparent temperature is calculated, among other things, from the relative humidity. At 100% humidity, a totally wrong value would come out. Why does the dashboard only show 100%. Who has an idea?

Everything works fine! There was some confusion on my part about the connection of the wires. So this was wrong. The connections are now made and everything works fine.
