Here is my contribution to Cumulus community
I did not find any detailed solution in the forum, that's why I post. As mentioned in the Cumulus wiki at the end of the "supported Devices" page, the way to add any unsupported PWS that is compatible with Weather Underground is to make one's own easyweather.dat or easyweatherplus.dat file and regularly update it.
