CMX realtime.txt and realtimegauges.txt stopped

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

CMX realtime.txt and realtimegauges.txt stopped

Post by Pes »

Hey
Lately, the download of the CMX realtime.txt and realtimegauges.txt file to the server has stopped from time to time. I'll post a few files if the cause of the problem can be found in them. After restarting the program, it works for a while.

You have set a realtime interval of 2 seconds, but your uploads take 3 seconds, which isn't helping. Something like 5 seconds would be more realistic.

You also have a realtime MySQL insert enabled, but CMX cannot connect to your data base. Disable this if it isn't needed.

The log file you have posted shows that the realtime files were being uploaded right to end?

There are lots of errors because of multiple overlapping realtime updates trying to take place at the same time. Fix this first.

You also have some sort of issue with your AirLink data on weatherlink.com...

Code: Select all

AirLinkHealth: WeatherLink API Response: 403: {"code":"403","message":"Access is not authorized for station 133684"}
AirLinkHealth: WeatherLink API Error: 403, Access is not authorized for station 133684
Do you have a Pro account on WeatherLink.com?
