Hello Everybody,
Is the Davis leaf wetness soil temp/moist station needed for the weather side of things?
I have the leaf wetness station with the sensors but if it is just for growing then I wont use it as I am only interested in the weather side of things.
Does the weather station use any of this data?
I am not a grower and can not make my mind up about it.But I am sure its aimed at farmers etc.
What do you nice people out there think?
Cheers Warren.

Re: Davis leaf wetness soil temp/moist needed for weather?
They are not needed, and are only logged for you to use how you see fit. The "essential" values are temperature, humidity, wind speed/direction, and rainfall. If you do not have those then CMX will not function correctly unless you enable the "no sensor check" option.
