Everything seemed to fine mysql added the extra columns via script. Ran the create missing file which updated the relevant files.
Updated my web site pages where I needed too. I then noticed that under monthly records the High 24 hour rainfall total doesn't have any value.
I checked the website.json file and the 24hr tag has "--" which explains the lack of data.
Checking on the local cumulus web page under the records tag and some months had the data and some didn't.
I then went to Monthly records editor and updated the missing the data from there.
So the local cumulus interface is now correct.
However on my website it's still blank https://www.sheffieldweather.net/monthlyrecord.htm
The website json file still has "---"
Nothing recorded in the mxdiags bar my alterations to the dayfile any ideas?

You have to add them yourself, by using the monthlyrecseditor.html.
You'll see that the dayfile has the data.. you can then transfer the values/date/time over to the monthly records.
I don't think there's any webtags for the monthly records?!

Re: Just updated to the latest release 3.21.1 build 3205
It appears you are missing the following lines in your monthlyrecdata.js file -
Those lines appear in the latest download so did you upload the entire js folder to your website?
Regards,
Trevor
Code: Select all
document.getElementById('Rain24HourH').innerHTML = cmx_data.monthlyrecs.rain24h[month];
document.getElementById('Rain24HourHT').innerHTML = cmx_data.monthlyrecs.rain24hT[month];Regards,
Trevor

Re: Just updated to the latest release 3.21.1 build 3205
I would also suggest a CMX re-start after updating the records or at least a reload of the updated Dayfile using the new utility as documented in the latest release notes.....
"A new "Utils" menu on the Dashboard interface :-
- New option to reload the Dayfile into CMX from file. CMX holds a copy of the Dayfile in memory, if you edit it externally, use this to refresh the values in CMX without restarting"
Hope this helps,
Dave

That is why Mark always recommends copying the entire release rather than using the updates.txt and just updating those files.
