Dew Point etc. gauge odd behaviour

Post by apple8 »

I have noticed some odd behaviour on the Dew Point/Wind Chill/etc gauge on my Cumulus1 site (driven by MX).

On the iMac and iPad, on a page refresh that gauge stays at -20º but only if www. is not in the address. Clicking one radio button for the gauge restores the gauge reading to normal. The iPhone however is unaffected regardless of the www address or not. The MX gauges page is also unaffected by the address format.

Experimenting as I write this, the behaviour seems to be limited to Safari albeit confined to the one page and not for iPhones and wondering if there is a explanation for the behaviour.
