I have just noticed that my year rain total shown on both my CMX web page using the web tags and the value shown on my dashboard are wrong and to do not agree with the total rain so far shown in my monthly data logs!! I am running the very latest release 3.12.1 b3205.
This is using the ryear value webtag.
Anyone else seeing this?
Stuart

The year/month total comes from your dayfile not the monthly log files.

Re: Year rain total on dashboard wrong
OK but the day file has only up to 5th September in it and the rainfall total is indeed the same as shown on the dashboard and the ryear tag BUT it is not the actual total rainfall up to today and if I add the 1.7mm from the 6th to 186.2 it is 187.9 but that is still incorrect, it should total 188.9 which is the actual total recorded by the GW1100 and as is shown in the monthly log file. So how do I fix it? Surely if the monthly log file is correct that should be what everything else shows!

Re: Year rain total on dashboard wrong
So you have days in the dayfile where the daily rainfall is different from the end of the day daily total in the monthly log file, and you have not edited the rain? Hard to understand as the same variable is used to output both values?
The year to date rainfall is the total of daily rainfall for each day in the dayfile since the start of the rain season, plus any rain today of course.
If you use January as the rain season start, then the year to date total in CMX should be the same as your GW1000 if it has been running since 1st January, and the GW1000 total has not been reset, and no editing of daily rainfall has taken place.
