Latest build 3.20.1 (3203) not copying files

I have a cumulus mx system running on a raspberry pi which was originally
set up from a supplied RPi lite image and regularly updated. I have two web
sites, one using the supplied webfiles folder with the Neil Thomas
templates at /opt/CumulusMX and a second using my own templates at
/home/pi/weathernew which is automatically updated using the 'enable copy
of standard files' facility in the internet settings. Both have been
working correctly for several months. For unrelated reasons I have recently
installed XRDP on the RPi. Following the update to 3203 the automatic
copying of files to my own templates is not working, although the Neil
Thomas site is fine.

Is it possible that installing XRDP might have disrupted the automatic
copying of standard files?
