Minor bug with Forum Menu Item

The documentation menuSample.js says that if you leave the Forum URL blank in the configuration it will eliminate the Forum menu item. This is true, but only until the next time Cumulus MX restarts. When the service stops and starts again, the configuration field is once again filled in with the Forum URL. I don't think that Cumulus MX should fill in the field if the user blanks it out.
