MySQL Timeouts

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

MySQL Timeouts

Post by water01 »

Everything has been working fine with Build 3194 but all of a sudden late last night started getting

Code: Select all

2022-07-20 09:24:16.923 Realtime[32]: Error encountered during MySQL operation = Connect Timeout expired.
Anyone got any idea what to check as to why this is happening as I have run out of things to check?

Were the interval inserts still working?

Actually it wasn't solved but it is now, for some unknown reason my IP address got blocked by their firewall even though the Remote MySQL access had the right IP address in it.

OK now up and running and the update of the failed MySQL updates worked perfectly from the log.

However, I am missing some data from the Monthly table from the 19th to today. If I upload the Jul22log.txt to my server and run ImportCumulusFile.php using that file will it work by overwriting all July's data and not cause a problem?

Use the MX utility that is designed exactly for that purpose.
