Hello,
I have Ecowitt GW1002 station with raingauge WS40 and it shows rain amount and rate correctly on Ecowitt app and sends correct values to Wundeground site too but on CumulusMX it shows 0,0 rain and amount although it's raining. Does anybody else have this problem? I tried to restart CMX but it didn't help

I've not seen anybody else report the problem.
Please switch on debug and data logging, then after the WS40 should have registered some rain post the latest MXdiags log file.

Ok, I've done that and as I can see in the file there is correct value of rain:
2022-07-12 22:56:31.407 ProcessData: Payload = PASSKEY=<PassKey>&stationtype=GW1100A_V2.1.5&runtime=207282&dateutc=2022-07-12+20:56:31&tempinf=62.60&humidityin=82&baromrelin=29.684&baromabsin=29.353&tempf=59.54&humidity=94&rainratein=0.024&eventrainin=1.157&hourlyrainin=0.016&dailyrainin=1.157&weeklyrainin=1.161&monthlyrainin=1.421&yearlyrainin=1.421&totalainin=1.421&wh40batt=1.4&wh26batt=0&freq=868M&model=GW1100A
but there is 0,0 mm value in the program as you can see on screenshot from CumulusMX main site

The log file shows that no rain fell during the period it was run with debug logging from 22:49 to 22:56.
Are you saying the station registered rain during that period?
CMX seems to have your rain counter as 6.7 mm
The station is reporting the total as 1.417 in = 36.1 mm
The station is sending a rain rate of 0.6 mm/hr which is not being registered either.
But there are no error messages either.
CMX should update it's internal counter to match the station value and register it as a chunk of rain.
Why it hasn't is a mystery to me at the moment, I haven't seen this before.
But I see CMX has registered rainfall at some point - the month and year totals are 0.1 mm
