build 3189 feedback

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Feedback as requested: using SFTP and having no problems so far. Looks good.

Thanks Hans, I'm getting flagged for another vulnerability update to the SFTP component now, so expect another release in a week or so!

Using SFTP and have same problem as I did some years ago (last time you did something with SFTP).
Enclosed are diags from B3189 and B3183.
I enabled FTP-logging, but nothing shows.

Not much to go on, I think we are going to have to see the server side logs as well, if you can get your hosting company to extract any errors they see for your connection.

Meantime I'll see if I can coax any more information out of the client on error.

What it may come down to though is you sharing some logon credentials with me so I can debug the connection from my end.

Actually I think I may have a solution - possibly!

It seems Mono does not support ECDSA ciphers, so I can try removing those from the allowed list when running under Mono.

Hi Mark

I loaded the latest version build 3189 and experienced no issues, my CMX admin site and the CUtils website both show no signs of errors. The external links ie PWS and Wunderground all seem to behave normally
