Import Historical Data from AmbientWeather.net

Does anyone know how to import historical data from Ambientweather.net into Cumulus? I have the CSV file from AmbientWeather, but not following how to convert it. Thanks!!

Still struggling to get this data into Cumulus
I have attached my data from Ambient. Its just a few months. Anyone have any ideas?!

It looks like you probably have everything you require, it just needs the proper manipulation. Sorry, but I just do not have the time to help out at the moment.
