Hello,
I have Davis vantage pro2 plus and I am using Meteo-pi as a logger. The Meteo-pi is connected to a Raspberry-pi where the CumulusMX software can read weather information from the logger. My question is how I can extract the real-time data from CumulusMX and store it locally (in the Raspberry-pi) in JSON format for example.
Thank you in advance

Re: Extract real-time data from CumulusMX 3.15.3
Hi,
And welcome to the Cumulus forum.
CumulusMX creates the realtime.txt file and saves it in the main CumulusMX folder.
If you have enabled Internet settings > Web/FTP Site > Interval Settings > Realtime Interval settings then CumulusMX will FTP the realtime.txt.
You can also use the Extra web files settings to copy or FTP that CumulusMX\realtime.txt file to wherever you wish, either local or remote.
Using webtags you can create a new template file for CumulusMX to process and save or FTP in whatever format you want - i.e. realtime.json.
I only use Windows but should be basically the same for RPi.
Enjoy,
Paul

In addition to what Paul says you can also upload the file websitedata.json to you website by ticking it in Settings=>Internet Settings=>Interval Configuration=>Normal Interval Settings=>Standard File Settings. See the wiki for more info on the contents or just upload it and study it.
