dayfile not being updated

I was looking at the dashboard and saw my max was 18.6°C at 1515. On further investigation, I saw that dayfile hadn't been updated last night and today.ini hasn't been updating correctly as it has values for yesterday. I'm not entirely sure what happened and I'm not sure how to fix this. Any help please.
Attached is the log covering the period.
Cheers
Malcolm

I've now run createmissing.exe and it fixed dayfile.txt but today.ini is still wrong as it has yesterday's max. Is it just a case of stopping CMX, editing the file, then restarting?

From your log file you seem to have stopped getting data from your station just before the rollover (@ 23:56) to the 19th through to 00:00:25.

There is a catch in the code to prevent any rollover handling occurring if no data is being received, I'm not sure why that is there, nor the effect of removing it. I'll investigate...

Thanks Hans. I've done just that, well with what I deem the important stuff. All those funny temps weren't done. I suspect that the sunshine hours aren't right either. But it hasn't fallen in a heap though!
Thanks Mark, my PC is connected via a powerline and that has occasional short outages - just my luck one was over midnight! Now if I could a) get a Raspberry Pi and b) afford one, I could do this on it situated right by the router. But a) they all seem out of stock and b) their prices have gone through the roof!

Yes, RPi is difficult these days (maybe we should try another linux board?) but it is the RPi 4 which is extremely expensive. the RPi3B+ seems to be reasonable still because lesser in demand. If its only CMX you want on it, you might even try a zero. This Dutch site I bought an RPi 4 about 6 months ago and they had got their hands on a batch so I was lucky, currently yes they are also sold out. Specialized dealers may still have reasonable prices but delivery times remain unpredictable.

Anyway, you do not need the 'highest, fastest and furthest'.

I don't know which model you were looking for?
You may need to try another model and/or another supplier.
Before last Christmas hearing talk of chip storage, I decided I needed to have a spare RPi in stock, not just to keep MX running should my existing model fail, but also to test MX upgrades, or possible upgrade of operating system (Buster > Bullseye), and as a convenient tiny portable computer for another project. I did try a number of suppliers and got the experience you mention. (I did make a post about this in another thread on RPi availability issues).

I run MX (and a lot more) on such a model. Looking regularly for a supplier with a spare available for order, I found at start of last February a reputable UK company (actually suggested by Freddie for something different) that promised (and continued to, each time I checked their web site) delivery within 3 weeks. After placing my order, I was getting a weekly email from them, saying my order was likely to be delayed by up to a week

6 weeks on (i.e.middle of March) I complained formally to that company re their incorrect promises, and was advised due to international shipping crisis, affecting all companies, fulfilment of my order would take another 6 months at least, but if I was prepared to accept latest full specification model 4 instead, (at raised prices) a few were available from stock, and more were expected soon.

Therefore in March, I found another UK supplier via a well known large site, they promised delivery of a RPi3B+ within 3-4 weeks, it came in 10 days, and since then has been working exactly as intended on my other project.

(When I cancelled earlier order, that earlier supplier replied they were very sorry about their web site containing incorrect information, but they had never before had to cope with such a big surge of customer orders).

(Interested to read about alternatives, I did find a few last year, but it appears more are available now).

@sfws: yes, life is tough these days and it will be getting tougher.
