Initial set up correct north alignment

Post by profzarkov »

Hi
This should be a "silly me" question but I think for the first 6 months i had my sensor array pointing the wrong way!

The older fine offset stuff was simple ..point the whole thing, wind vane first ar North.

This one has an arrow pointing west ...

So, if I'm now right it's the rain collector end that has to point north.....in the northern hemisphere of course....Doh!

Looking at your wind direction trace, the direction is out by about +90 degrees, so what you say seems correct.
