No, you do not need a WL.com Pro subscription to run WLL with CumulusMX. The Pro subscription is needed only if you want to be able to download historical data for the period your PC was off.

From your link it is not updating to your remote. Is it working locally? - i.e. localhost:8998
Do you have all the Station settings correct? - i.e. General Settings, Davis Weatherlink Live and including Auto-enable, Weatherlink.com API keys

Can you enable Debug and Data logging and after running a few minutes attach the latest MXdiags log file.
