Time tag error?

Did a search for this but not easy to find anything relevant.
The tag list suggest that the #time tag gives just the time eg 18:30 however while using with Twitter it seems to produce for example 18:30 on 30 December 2009
Is this right? I have got round it by using the #hour tag and #minute tag.

From Cumulus console help
<#time> The current date and time. Example format: 18:30 on 14 May 2004
For just the time the tags you have used are correct <#hour>:<#minute>

Actually, I just tested it and noticed the same thing!
The help file explains that tag as the full time and date, but the wiki says the time only.
I wonder if this has changed, or is the wiki just wrong?

Ah yes I got the info from the Wiki, so looks like Wiki is wrong?

strange, as I wrote the Wiki article, and it was obviously a copy job from the help, unless Steve has changed it as some point. I will change it now

I've looked at the help of the oldest version that I still have - 1.6.1, and it says:
<#time> The current date and time. Example format: 18:30 on 14 May 2004

Just checked the 'cumuluswebtags.php' created by Cumulus... The value placed into the PHP variable '$time' using the Cumulus tag "<#time>" is indeed "02:41 on 31 December 2009" - the full date.

It may well be that David asked me to confirm what the tag did and I gave him duff info (because I didn't choose the name very well, way back). Anyway, all sorted now
