realtimegauges.txt not updating

The realtimegaugesT.txt and hence the website realtimegauges.txt is no longer updating but instead producing empty files. I have ticked the option to process it. Is there an additional setting I need to enable the option?

Have you checked all the settings - Internet settings > Interval Configuration > Real time interval settings > Realtime [tick] Enable Real time and Generate and FTP transfer?

Yes, all settings are correct. It maybe worth noting that realtime.txt is being created OK but reatimegauges.txt is being created without data.

Have you checked realtimegaugesT.txt if it has webtags? Possibly something got changed in the file?

Following your advice Paul I checked realtimegaugesT.txt and it was empty! I replaced it with another copy from my original distribution zip file and now all is well!
